If your Micro Insider Account is locked, please click here to reset your password, and then wait for 15 minutes. The account should be unlocked and allow you to sign in again. Enter your Email Address into the box and click Reset Password4. If your email is linked to an Insider Account, you’ll see the image below. 5. Check your email for the temporary password.6. After 15 minutes, proceed to use the temporary password to login.7. Be sure to change your password!
