Are you trying to print on your Windows 10 PC and it says you cannot because your printer is offline? Try these simple steps to see if it resolves your issue:1. Right click on the Start button, typically found at the lower left corner of the screen, then click on Settings. 2. From the Settings pop-up window, click on Devices. 3. Click on Printers & scanners on the left side of the Devices Settings window. 4. Locate your printer from the list of printers and left click on the correct model from the list of printers. The printer may show "Offline" as a status here under the model name/number. Then click on Open queue. 5. A pop-up window for the printer will appear. Click on Printer and then click on Use Printer Offline if there is a checkmark next to it. Once this setting is changed, try to print again.
